Free domestic shipping (Spain) on all orders over €100.

Free European shipping on all orders over €300.

Free international shipping on all orders over €500

Please allow 4-5 business days after your order is received for it needs to be processed and shipped.
You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

please note the duration of production will be written in the description section of each item. You are allowed to cancel your order within 48 hours of ordering, after that it will be a final sale. Please note, that we do accept size exchanges only after receiving your order.

Please keep in mind that we do not cover possible taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. We are not responsible for additional charges on top of purchase orders.

Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges prior to 14 days.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.

Once you’ve sent us an email, our customer care team will contact to further assist you on your request. Your return will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt and you’ll receive an email detailing your return once this has been done.

  • Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt, in form of exchange or store credit
  • We do not accept returns unless the item(s) are confirmed faulty by our costumer team.


  • You will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we, unfortunately, can’t be responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
  • Store credit is redeemable online via customer care representative
